Fundraiser to help the Robbins family!
When Buffalo Creek jammed with ice on January 14th and damaged or flooded many homes in the Lexington Green neighborhood, The Robbins Family Home at 16 Gregory Drive was the hardest hit.
Chances are you saw Jon Robbins on TV and in the Buffalo News explaining how within minutes, his basement was full to the ceiling with sewage. It was only after the 11 feet of water was pumped out… and all of their cherished belongings were removed… did they realize their furnace, washer, and dryer were destroyed as well. But that wasn’t all. The South wall of the basement completely collapsed rendering the house un-inhabitable. It was later condemned by the town.
On Sunday, August 10th a fund raiser will take place to help the Robbins family rebuild their home at: Potts Banquet Center 41 South Rossler Ave. (in the Valu Plaza) Cheektowaga, NY 14206.
Your $25.00 donation ticket will include:
· A spaghetti dinner.
· Beer, wine, and pop.
· Live music.
· Live Dance performances & a Live Art auction
